Rental Agreement: Terms and Conditions

By checking the box on our cart page, you the client and/ or person listed on invoice hereby agree to the following:

The Supplier will rent the equipment to the Client and is responsible for returning all rentals by date listed on invoice and/ or given by Home Love Events ("Supplier").

Your Responsibilities. The Supplier will rent the equipment to the Client and is responsible for returning all rentals by date listed on invoice and/ or given by Home Love Events ("Supplier").

You are responsible and liable for your own acts and omissions. For example, this means: (i) you are responsible for leaving an item (and related personal property) in the condition it was in when you obtained the rental, (ii) you are responsible for paying all reasonable Damage Claim amounts necessary to cover damage that you or your guest(s), cause to a rented item.

All items listed with "ITEM NEEDS TO BE TRANSPORTED IN AN SUV OR TRUCK. " must be transported securely in a pickup truck, or SUV,
without risk of damage. Failure to provide applicable transportation may lead to the Supplier
refusing to release the product, and the Client will forfeit any/all payments or in the event of related
cancellations.

Will-Call Details: Pick-ups are on Friday mornings (9-11am) or evenings (6-8pm). Please choose pickup time slot ( moring or evening) in "order special instructions" box or feel free to contact supplier. Drop-offs are on Sunday evenings (6-8pm). Note: Please do not drop off early or late without prior consent.

Pick-up/drop-off location is (we are home based) 14411 Hayward St. Whittier, CA
90603.

Payment Fees: The charges will be paid in full to the Supplier by or upon pick up. Deposits are non-refundable, but applicable toward the total invoice amount. If cancellation occurs, the Client forfeits any/all deposits (please plan accordingly, as we will no longer be offering COVID deposit refunds). The Client may be charged additional fees if any of the equipment is returned damaged (but repairable) or excessively dirty. The Client will be charged the full market value of any item that is lost, not returned, or damaged beyond repair.
If the equipment is returned late, the Client may be charged a late fee of $25 per day.
Balance can be made in the following forms: Venmo - @homeloverentals, Zelle – 626.422.9674, or Cash.

Liability Waiver: The Supplier guarantees that all equipment is without defect. However, the Client accepts all responsibility for damage to or injury caused by use of the equipment.
